Introduction

“We all need people who will give us feedback. That’s how we improve.” – Bill Gates

Feedback communicates the results of any interaction, making it both visible and understandable. Its job is to give the user a signal that they (or the product) have succeeded or failed at performing a task.

Emotions Slider for feedback is an intuitive way of getting user feedback, interacting with the user in a way a user feels about a certain product or service.

This was just a small personal project just to intuitively take feedback from users. Its main aim was just to take feedback in an interesting way with the use of animation so that users could relate and react accordingly.

My Role

Since it was a personal project, I worked on this from ideation, design, and animation to development.

Key Points

Here are key UX points about the personal project I created to intuitively take user feedback:

  1. Engaging Interaction: By using animation, the feedback mechanism is made more engaging and enjoyable for users, encouraging them to participate and share their thoughts.
  2. Comprehensive Skill Application: This project showcases my ability to handle a project from ideation through design, animation, and development, demonstrating a holistic approach to UX design and implementation.
  3. Relatable Experience: The intuitive design allows users to easily relate to and react to the feedback prompts, making the feedback process seamless and more effective in capturing genuine user sentiments.
